Partner
Jon J. Vogel is Co-Founder and Principal of Units, which has earned national recognition under his leadership, including honors from AdWeek, Entrepreneur Magazine, the Philadelphia Business Journal, and the Inc. 5000 list. A Rowan University adjunct professor and proud alumnus, Jon also served as Alumni Board President and co-founded the Vogel & Woods Merit Scholarship for first-generation business students.

Garrett Gillin is Co-Founder and Principal of Units, where he leads production and creative execution that drive measurable growth. Outside of work, Garrett enjoys chess, travel, and family time, and is the author of Two Castles, a children’s book inspired by chess.

Operations Director
As Operations Director, Mark Siracusa oversees agency-wide operations, driving efficiency, growth, and collaboration across departments. He focuses on optimizing internal processes, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement. Mark also leads hiring, team development, and training while driving innovations like the company’s proprietary client portal software. His people-first approach and commitment to scalable systems fuel the agency’s growth and success.

Director of Production
Jeffrey Thies is Director of Production at Units, where he leads complex website and digital experience builds from planning through launch. With a foundation in design and front-end development, he partners with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into scalable, user-friendly solutions. Jeff’s work spans UX, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation to drive measurable performance. He also mentors teammates and champions process, tooling, and quality standards across projects.
